About CASR

Established in 2011, the Centre for Autonomous System Research (CASR) is a premier research and innovation centre dedicated to advancing technologies in unmanned and autonomous systems. The lab has completed 16 extramurally funded projects, both at the national and international levels, and collaborates actively with industries and international universities to bridge the gap between research and real-world applications. With 10 granted patents in drone and autonomous system technologies, CASR remains at the forefront of innovation. In addition to research, the centre offers consultancy services in designing, prototyping, and testing unmanned systems, supporting industry and startup partners in developing robust and scalable solutions.
