Vel Tech University is proud to announce its partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT-H) as part of the prestigious #SATHI-CISCoM research initiative. Vel Tech University’s Chairperson & Managing Trustee, Mrs. Mahalakshmi Kishore, received the Award of Recognition along with the official Partnership Agreement. The SATHI-CISCoM Centre was inaugurated by Prof. Abhay Karandikar, Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Science & Technology, with the esteemed presence of Prof B S Murty Director of IIT hyderabad, Dr. B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, Founder Chairman & Board Member of Cyient, Chairman-BOG IITR, IITH, and Professor Basuthkar Jagadeeshwar Rao, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hyderabad. This initiative brings a world-class In-Situ and Correlative Microscopy facility, now available for Vel Tech faculty and students. The state-of-the-art facility, funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) and 18 other partners—including Vel Tech, leading research institutes, industries, and private academic institutions—will significantly boost collaborative research opportunities.
